The fundamental notes for each bowl are F# +2 Hz., G# +4 Hz., B -10 Hz. (Crown chakra), and B +4 Hz. (Crown chakra).

Sound sample-- First is the sound of the four bowls struck on their upper outside edges with the included Tibetan-wool padded mallets. Then you'll hear each of the four bowls played around their edges with an Xcelite 99-1 mallet.
