*D +2 Hz. (Sacral chakra), Buddha 5 3/4" diameter, thick, circa 18th Century.

*E +2 Hz. (Solar Plexus chakra), Cup 5 1/8" diameter, thick, circa 17th Century.

*F +2 Hz. (Heart chakra), Cup 4 5/8" diameter, circa 17th Century.

*G 440 Hz. (Throat chakra), Cup 4 5/8" diameter, circa 18th Century.

*A +4 Hz. (Third Eye chakra), Cup 4 1/2" diameter, thick, circa 18th Century.

*B 440 Hz. (Crown chakra), Cup 4 1/2" diameter, thick, circa 17th Century.
 

The rim tones are: F# -2 Hz., ,G# +2 Hz., A# 440 Hz., B +4 Hz., C# -4 Hz., D# -10 Hz., F +2 Hz.

 Sound sample-- First is the sound of the seven bowls struck on their upper outside edges with one of the included Tibetan-wool padded mallets. Next you'll hear a separate sound sample of the seven bowls played around their edges with a leather-padded mallet.
