E -2 Hz. (Solar Plexus), Cup 4 5/8" diameter, Thick, Circa 17th Century.

F 698 Hz. (Heart), Cup 5" diameter, Extra-thick, Circa 17th Century.

The fundamental notes for each bowl are F# -8 Hz., G# +8 Hz., A# -2 Hz., and B +4 Hz. (Crown chakra).
