This is an authentic antique Master-quality® Tibetan singing bowl set based on the rims in diatonic tuning. This set includes one each of the following bowls: C 523.25 Hz., Karma 6 7/8" diameter, Thick, circa 19th Century D -2 Hz., Buddha 6 5/8" diameter, Thick, circa 18th Century E -2 Hz., Buddha 6 1/2" diameter, Thick, circa 18th Century F 698.45 Hz., Buddha 6 3/4" diameter, Extra-thick, circa 18th Century The fundamental notes for each bowl are F# +4 Hz., G# +2 Hz., A# -4 Hz., and B -6 Hz.
First is the sound of the four bowls struck on their upper outside edges with the included Tibetan-wool padded mallets. Then you'll hear each of the four bowls played around their edges with an Xcelite 99-1 mallet.
