The set includes one singing bowl each on the rim tones:
C -2 Hz. (Root), Buddha 7 3/8" diameter, Thick, circa 18th Century
D -2 Hz. (Sacral), Buddha 7 1/4" diameter, Thick, circa 17th Century
E -2 Hz. (Solar Plexus), Void 7" diameter, XX-Thick, circa 18th Century
F -4 Hz. (Heart), Bodhi 7 1/8" diameter, Extra-thick, Double-Blue, circa 18th Century
The fundamental notes for each bowl are F# -2 Hz., G# -8Hz., A# -8, and B +10 Hz.
About the Sound Sample
First is the sound of the four singing bowls struck on their upper outside edges with the included Tibetan-wool padded mallets. Then you'll hear each of the four singing bowls played around their edges with an Xcelite 99-1 mallet.
