About the Sound Sample

You will hear the gong being played with a large Professional wool-padded Gong Mallet. First, it’ll be struck once around the “sweet spot” (the area between the center and the edge). Next, it’ll be struck many time around the sweet spot, and finally, there’ll be one final strike that sustains into silence.
